Egg muffins!


So, for breakfast in a hurry, I found a great recipe for Egg muffins.
I just used spinach, chicken hot dog, ground turkey, or any leftover meat in the fridge, chopped roma tomato, white cheddar, and eggs. The girls love them and I can prep the ingredients at night and then pop the stuff in the muffin tin, cover with egg and bake...20 minutes and you have breakfast!
